Learn about Isle Listen’s work with young people, and how they can support mental health and well-being in your organisation.
Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 is all about Community. Community is vital for mental health as it provides a sense of belonging, support and connection, which are essential for our emotional well-being. Being part of a community helps reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness, offering opportunities to share experiences, receive encouragement, and build meaningful relationships. A strong community also promotes mutual care, which fosters a supportive environment where individuals can thrive both mentally and emotionally.
The Isle Listen team are always keen to meet with members of the community and talk about mental health.
Come along to the Work Café and meet members of the team who will be able to speak to you about their work in schools, how they support children and young people, and how they can work with your organisation to develop your mental health and well-being initiatives.
While they can’t provide specific therapeutic advice during this session, they can guide you through the referral process for young people to access support, or signpost you to some of the incredible services in the community. They can also talk through the mental health training options they can offer your workplace, and talk through the evidenced based models they use to help build resilience and understanding of mental health.
No appointment necessary just pop in to the Work Café where the Isle Listen team will be delighted to meet you.
